Sager survived with a head laceration and was treated and released. Funeral plans are pending at Hampton Funeral Home in Prescott. The crash raises Arizona highway fatalities to 142 for the year.

Flagstaff Resident Dies Of Bullet Wound at Home
The body of Dale Marvin Bird, 35, was found in his east side Flagstaff apartment with a gunshot wound between the eyes and a .22 caliber rifle beneath him. Coworkers had checked on Bird after he failed to report to work. Justice of the Peace Garcia drew a farmer’s jury but no inquest is planned. Bird was pronounced dead at Greenlaw Mortuary pending funeral arrangements.
