A majority of the Un Thaise of Representatives signed a petition urging the Public Institutions Committee chair to bring Senate Bill 44 to a vote. Nine Booked By City Cops Over Weekend

Nineteen persons backed by city police Saturday and Sunday appeared before Magistrate James F. Brierley Monday morning. Among the charged were William Rounes of Albuquerque New Mexico Leo Sandoval of Flagstaff and Patricia Jones of Flagstaff. Roupas was fined $150 or 90 days in jail Sandoval received a suspended sentence and Jones forfeited a $180 bond.
