Russ Furstnow named commander of Kingman Detachment 1, 855th Military Police, Arizona Army National Guard. He is a first lieutenant and longtime East Flagstaff Junior High School teacher since 1972 and NAU graduate. Departing commander Morris W. Garter moves to Flagstaff’s 656th Military Police Co. as platoon leader.
