Residents displaced by the Dec. 29 fire that killed 18 year old Rick Mauk file a stipulation and order in Coronina County Superior Court to dismiss their special action suit against the City of Flagstt after reviewing the city's fire files. The case was heard with the Arizona Daily Sun action seeking access to investigative files. no decision was made at the Feb. 2 session as Judge Melvyn T. Shelley reserved on the matter. The city opened the files to the newspaper on Feb. 10.
