Boulder City July 31 By mutual agreement between the Bureau of Reclamation and the National Park Service the Boulder Canyon Project Area is extended southerly to include all Reclamation withdrawn land along the Colorado River in the Davis Dam vicinity. Officials announced the extension and noted it will open new recreational opportunities for northwestern Arizona and southern Nevada upon completion of Davis Dam. The Davis Reservoir will provide an additional fish and wildlife haven below Hoover Dam.
