Suspect Held In Rape Case In Flagstaff
A 40 year old Flagstaff man Marie angel Delean 1350 N Manor was arrested and arraigned on rape charges from an incident July 8 near Walnut Canyon. He posted 1100 bond and will hire his own attorney. A Flagstaff girl says he offered beer and assaulted her after a ride home from an east Flagstaff recreation center. A Coconino County official said the state is ready to proceed and a preliminary hearing will be scheduled.
