Judge Frees 2nd Man in Krentz Killing

Prescott special report says Superior Court Judge Jack Ogg freed Caldwell after the Yavapai County Attorney moved to dismiss the murder charge. Caldwell, 53, of San Antonio, remains jailed as an accessory to a felony in the death of Jacob Ray Krentz, whose body was found beside US 66 near Seligman. Joe Brown, 55, of Tulsa, also faces accessory charges after Brown was acquitted of first degree murder.
