Two Receive Probation For Theft of Motorcycle
In Flagstaff Superior Court two young men Phillip Cordero and Larry Clark received six months probation after pleading guilty to petit theft in connection with a motorcycle theft on August 9, 1970 valued under 300 dollars. Judge J Thomas Brooks suspended their sentences and Clark was held in county jail temporarily for a supervised Montana job while a probation officer arranged his placement. Cordero remains jailed on separate drug charges, awaiting arraignment.

Combs Receives Jail Term for Drug Possession
Earl C. Combs Jr., 21, of 2605 N Main, was sentenced in Superior Court to a terms in county jail after pleading guilty to possession of LSD. Police arrested him May 15 for a small quantity of hallucinogenic LSD. He told investigators he bought the drugs for a friend who he claimed was a police informant. He had been free on bond and turned himself in after sentencing.
