Tonalea resident Guy Johnson, 42, and ragstaff native Phillip Nackard, 57, were arrested Thursday night by Flagstaff City Police for driving while intoxicated. Johnson, stopped at 9:30 pm, registered 28 on the breathalyzer. Nackard, stopped at 7:50 pm, registered 22.
