Poughkeepsie New York AP report describes a stocky hijacker who seized a Mohawk airliner near Westchester landing at Dutchess Airport. After receiving $200000 the gunman died as FBI sharpshooter opened fire while the hijacker attempted to enter a police car on the runway. Stewardess Eileen McAllister survived, and money and two parachutes were recovered.
