Richard C Wolf, former city treasurer, was named sales tax auditor for Flagstaff and will conduct outside spot checks of accounts starting Monday. Wolf began working for the city in 1969 and has worked as bookkeeper for a local lumber firm and Babbitt Bros Trading Co. He is a St Louis native who grew up in Flagstaff.
