Orville Sett, 28, a biology instructor from Tuba City, was appointed to an eight month NSF reviewer role. Based at Navajo Community College NCC, he will review proposals for the College Science Improvement program and visit qualifying minority-majority colleges. The job starts mid January with NCC returning in fall 1973.
