Utah Highway Patrolman Rob ert Low of Monticello was shot and seriously wounded Friday night after stopping a car along U S 163 about 20 miles north of Monticello. Two suspects, BM Tyson and John Dudley, 19, were taken into custody near Cortez Colorado after a roadblock.
