James Tarber 25 of El Dorado Arkansas, a former Northern Arizona University student, was reported missing Tuesday after a motel maid said he hadn't been in his room since Sunday. Sheriff's detective Jack Judd said Tarber was located Wednesday night safe, adding he hurried to catch a bus leaving gear behind.
