MIA Panel Declares No Americans Prisoners in Indochina War

Obituary of David F Proctor 1913 196* Winslow Service in LDS chapel
David F. Proctor known as Red, 63, of Winslow died Monday in Seligman. Services Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints chapel, with burial in Desert View Cemetery and a VFW Post 3076 color guard. He was born February 15, 1913 in Odessa Missouri, moved to Winslow in 1930, worked as a Santa Fe conductor for 46 years, WWII veteran, life member of VFW Post 3076, and member of UTU and Odessa First Methodist Church. Survived by wife Evelyn, three daughters Becky and Diane Proctor of Winslow and Edie Patrick of Phoenix, two sons Sam Jordan of Wenatchee and Wesley Perkins of Pasco, two grandchildren, a brother, and three sisters. Calling hours tonight 7-9 at Scott Mortuary and tomorrow 1:30 p.m. until services at the LDS relief society room.
