Road Work To Begin In Northern Arizona Projects
Northern Arizona will see two road projects soon per the State Highway Department. A 1.1 mile stretch of U.S. B2A in Sedona will be widened to four lanes from Soldier Pass Road toward State Route 179. A 6.2 mile Stoneman Lake Road segment between Interstate 17 and the Coconino County line will be graded, drained, and surfaced. Environmental studies are done and bids are expected in about 30 days.

Jackson pleads guilty in Flagstaff assault case

Nixon reveals Rebozo and Abplanalp as buyers of San Clemente estate
The White House disclosed that President Nixon’s close associates Clyde Rebozo and Robert Abplanalp formed a secret partnership in B & C Investment Co. which bought the bulk of Nixon’s San Clemente property in December 1970. Nixon and wife reportedly funded most of the 1.5 million estate in 1969 with loans and personal funds.
