Lee Kastner, 18, of Bar was handed to FBI agents by Winslow police on Friday on charges of transporting a stolen 1006 Chevrolet from Oklahoma to Arizona. Patrolman William Looley of Winslow nabbed the suspect who admitted the theft and was taken to Flagstaff. The car was later returned to Oklahoma City by a representative of the National Insurance Corp.
Flagstaff School Board will contest an alternative writ of mandamus obtained by Phoenix contractors challenging its award of two school construction bids. President Neil V.
