Miss Marttta David, a 149 graduate of Flagstaff High and junior-to-be at Northern Arizona University, will enroll at Dartmouth College Hanover New Hampshire as part of the Twelve College Program an Ivy League student exchange. She will study psychology speech and geology and transfer credits back to NAU. The Gallup festivities with tribal dances parades and Indian arts open Friday through Sunday Interior Secretary Morton and officials expected Friday.

Police Arrest Two for DWI in Flagstaff
Two persons were arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Margarita St. Duran, 41, of 2121 N Center St, was arrested early this morning on Cedar Hill by Officer Pat Madden. Later, Officer Pat Tibbetts arrested William N. Hunter, 30, of Phoenix near Denny's Restaurant in East Flagstaff. Hunter was cited for speeding and driving to the left of the center line.
