Dr. Arthur Adel leads a two year study at the Atmospheric Research Observatory to gauge carbon monoxide levels from ground to the upper atmosphere. Findings suggest air over Flagstaff and northern Arizona plateau contains CO amounts similar to that found above the Swiss Alps.
