City candidates report campaign spending with Moody the top spender at 520.67, including 222.12 to a Pennsylvania firm and 154.50 to KEOS Flagstaff. Nations and Lee show smaller totals, while Morrall spent 362.88 with 200.56 on newspaper ads and 83.55 on printed material. Mayor Harenberg’s total not yet available.
