Alameda County Health Department and district attorney warned Coyne H Lee owner of Tee s Septic Tank Service to stop dumping sewage on the ground in Niles Canyon. Lee admitted effluent from lapidary firms and was told future violations could lead to misdemeanor charges and permit revocation. Inspectors will monitor and dumped sewage must go to approved disposal grounds.
