NBC Faces Monster Ratings As Movie Power Shifts
NBC struggles with lower ratings as CBS and ABC dominate with movie presentations. Oct ratings show NBC's "Movie of the Week" trailing ABC while NBC's "Sarge" and "The Funny Ske" fail to match. NBC's "NBC Mystery Movie" and Monday Saturday films post some gains, but CBS's Sunday film and ABC's offerings pull ahead nationally and in New York overnight.
