Bufano Art Drive Aims To Raise Three Thousand For Fremont Exhibit
Fremont residents host chili and edibles at the Fremont Main Library to fund shipping 100 Bufano sculptures. Erskine Bufano and his wife Shirley attended, blessing the effort. The Friends of Bufano, with about 50 members, plan Bufano Week events at The Hub and a concert by the Fremont-Newark Philharmonic Orchestra. Proceeds support insurance costs and Italian donation alignment as the exhibit runs November to January at Fremont Main Library.
