Newark High Student Wins Outstanding Youth Award
Lance Morrison a senior at Newark High School was named Outstanding Youth of Newark High School by the Optimist Club during Youth Appreciation Week. Morrison, son of the Newark Police Chief, has served in student government, sports, bands, and is active in NHS activities while earning a $400 savings bond.
