Odds tied to Wis drawing sparks clash over car prize
In Stoughton Wisconsin Larry Lynn won a drawing for a new car as residents debated the legitimacy of entries. State law barred purchases for entry, prompting officials to accept facsimile coupons. Sylvester submitted 250000 copies and nearly 19000 other entries were counted, giving him a roughly thirteen to one chance. The car remains with the chamber as officials consider a redraw.
