Newark man saves Stockton boy from drowning at Lake Comanche
Newark resident Ralph Rudolphson is credited with saving the life of a Stockton boy found submerged at Lake Comanche. In extreme heat, Rudolphson performed 25 minutes of chest compressions with help from Newark Mayor James Balentine and a nurse on scene, until an ambulance arrived from Lodi.
