Man Arrested On Hit and Run Charges In Newark
Police arrested Ernesto E. Garcia after a multi-vehicle collision on the Nimitz Freeway north of Jarvis Avenue. A motorcyclist and a passenger were thrown from the bike, treated at Kaiser Hospital in Hayward, and released.
