Troops end Lisbon protest with air fire and prison clash
A Maoist protest near Caxias prison in Lisbon was dispersed by troops firing into the air. A separate grenade blast broke downtown windows as security chiefs met urgently. Police said about 20 detainees were seized and several demonstrators were injured. protesters claimed larger turnout and teargas used.
