Fremont Man Charged After Jetting Into Vehicle
Fremont resident Wesley F. Mottram, 25, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly ramming his car into a passing two men’s vehicle near Foxy Lady tavern. The drivers, Robert Goucher and Frank Porraz, flagged down a California Highway Patrol officer as a two mile chase ensued with relatives joining in. One tire was blown but Goucher’s car continued on.
