Stamps Surinam to issue commemorative issues in 1971
Surinam will issue two commemorative stamps on July 31 marking the 1921 civil registration of births marriages and deaths and the census. The stamps feature maps and population imagery with denominations and Dutch captions, printed offset in sheets of 50. Ordering details and prices are provided through the Post Office Philatelic Service in The Hague and related banks.
