Noah Alstein a 60 year old Hayward motel resident claimed to be a former boxer was kicked to death at Hambrick's Giant Burgers after an argument with Daniel J. Adams 23 of 26965 Hayward Blvd Adams a filling station attendant weighed over 200 pounds stood 6 feet 5 inches. Alstein who stood 5 feet 8 inches and said he boxed as a middleweight was pronounced dead at Fairmont Hospital Adams held for murder inquiry.
