Sacramento chairman Joe Gonsalves of the Assembly Revenue and Taxation Committee sought to know why a bill granting lumber interests a tax break up to five million dollars should be urgent. County Clerk Pulls Fictitious Business Names Refile Rule
County Clerk Jack G Ele announces by July 1 1971 all businesses using fictitious names must refile their statements. A fictitious name excludes the surname and may apply to corporations or names beyond the incorporation name. Filing fee is 10 dollars. Fremont Christian School Holds Open House Tomorrow
