Bob Hope to Deliver Christmas Shows to Troops Worldwide
Bob Hope will again travel for Christmas, touring 25 countries over 15 days aboard a C 141 transport. He aims to lift troop morale with a 93 minute color special, aided by Les Brown and his band. Hope notes the war’s impact, calls for adult restraint, and plans to celebrate with family after the voyage.
