Newark considers noise control rules for new apartments
Newark city staff opened a study on a proposed multi unit sound transmission ordinance to limit noise through walls and floors. The plan would require minimum construction ratings and testing by a licensed acoustical engineer before final occupancy. Discussion set on ship work dispute in San Francisco
