Vietnamese street youths join Tuy Hoa Air Force security squad
The Tuy Hoa Air Force base security police added two Vietnamese orphans about three years ago. Le Van Lien aged 11 wore a raincoat cape while Phan Van Khan 15 wore underwear. They watched guards, collected food, learned English, and became interpreters. They now work full shifts and hope to join the U S Air Force, visit the United States, then return to Tuy Hoa to help friends.
