Flying object identified near Fremont by observer

Joan Blott of 34450 Locke Ave said she watched a strange object for 10 to 15 minutes from the hills east of Fremont. Through binoculars she identified it as the Goodyear blimp. She noted lights along the sides flashed cartoons and tires as the craft cruised overhead.
