Milpitas police capture bank robbery suspect after high-speed chase

Aurelio Montoya 44 the head of CURA S Pleasanton heroin treatment center was arrested with his wife Linda 23 and counselor Mike Apodaca 44 in a burglary at Lester Brake s home on Wells Avenue Newark police reported a broken door frame and stolen items including three cameras a vcr and a color television. All three showed fresh needle marks in their arms and Montoya said he entered the home to borrow some rapes but Brake denied approval authorities said no one was charged with drug use.
