Fremont volunteers recycle center drives local ecology efforts
A devoted group of volunteers for Tri-City Ecology Action ran Fremont's Meadow Square Shopping Center site last Saturday to collect cans and bottles. The event drew families and individuals including Paul Goodwin and Jim Goodwin, with youths Laura Sunderland, Debbie Gray, and Mike Murphy. Volunteers invite others to join every Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm to recycle newspapers, glass, and metal.
