College program for seniors and eighth graders tonight
College-bound seniors and eighth graders entering Washington High School will attend a two session program tonight at 7:30 on the Fremont campus. Rooms PS and P10 will be open for seniors to learn about college level requirements, offered curricula, and the schools present. Representatives from California State College Hayward, UC Berkeley, Ohlone College, Samuel Merritt Hospital School of Nursing, and Bryant and Stratton College of Commerce San Jose will discuss options with students and parents. Rooms M5 and M6 will host parents of entering eighth graders to talk with counselors about requirements for the coming year.

The Sunol 4-H Club schedules a semi annual pancake breakfast Sunday in the Suro School cafeteria from morning to 12 o'clock. The menu includes pancakes sausage scrambled eggs orange juice milk and coffee. Also on Sunday a cake sale funds a junior leader outing and a crafts sale to support a Sunol 4-H building fund.
