Ten year ago reports mention M M Circle meeting at a South Anita home, mortician group visit to Manning, Anita hosts opening football game vs Lewis, Charles A Young planning a 5 and 10 store in Anta, and locals making visits to inspect municipal electrical plants. Births and hospital notes include Margaret Fay Arnett in Anita, plus multiple local surgeries and social events.
Twenty five years ago on September 20 1923 Anita hosts a Pepplest gathering at the meeting level. The event reflects local business and civic activity as the Anita Commercial delegation gathers to celebrate milestone efforts.
Anita will host a Home Coming Festival on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday October 9 10 and 11 with committees named by C A Long president of the club.
