Poll Results Favor License Increase For Fish and Game Conservation
A state survey of 10 000 random license holders shows about 70 percent favor higher license fees to fund fish and game conservation. Seventy two percent oppose a state tax on fishing equipment, and sixty six percent support the current license requirements for professionals and businesses. The response came from a mailed postcard poll conducted across all counties, totaling 23 007 returned cards.
