Pythian Convention Held Here Tuesday
The 12th Annual Convention of the 8th District of Pythian Sisters convened in Anita on Tuesday May 16. Activities included receptions, readings, papers, balloting, ritualistic openings, installations and a social banquet. Out of town delegates from CLEAR LAKE COUNCIL BLUFFS ADAIR AUDUBON THURMAN EXIRA LORIMOR BEDFORD CORNING HASTINGS SIOUX CITY attended.

The insanity commissioners declared David Fowble sane and Sheriff McKee transported him to Clarinda. Fowble is blind and has lived with Wm. Toepfer and has no known relatives in the county.
