The Church of Christ led by Pastor Dessie Masker holds Sunday School at 10 a.m. and Communion at 11 a.m. followed by preaching. Evening service at 7 p.m. C Y F meets after services with Saturday winter programs planned. Mrs John Pollock listed for a Sunday role.

Absent: minutes from April 12. routine motions approve funds transfers among sinking funds pay semi annual interest on Electric Revenue Bonds and authorize payroll and expenses totaling numerous small amounts for plant supplies truck expenses and service costs.

Anita School seeks two teachers to replace Professor Green and Miss Addie Post. Sherman F. Myers edits the Anita Tribune. Local road improvement plans between Anita and Whiteway Number Seven. Mr and Mrs H L Bell head to Arnold's Park for summer. WCTA recent meeting at Mrs Homer Kirkham’s home. Frank Kopp and wife welcomed a baby girl. John W Budd and children visited in Atlantic. Walter F Budd edits the Anita Tribune.
Anita remembers 60 years ago in May 1894. Palace Meat Market was run by Wilson Brothers opposite Citizens Bank, City Meat Market by H. C. Young. Charles Sisler worked for W. J. Nolan that summer. The Steinmetz home welcomed an eight pound boy. W. W. Fitch painted Tribune block rooms for James E. B. Bruce.
Anita remembers events from 1904 as Hansen-Sage-Nieman Co. prepares to open in Vorhees building vacated by Blakesley. D S Snyder plans a general merchandise store in Suplee Burkhard space. Dr I N McCash of the Anti-Saloon League to speak at the M E Church.
J E Jewett announced the purchase of the F W Stager restaurant forty years ago. Mrs Glen Holmes visited her parents Mr and Mrs J C Jenkins in Guthrie Center. C D Carson was learning to drive his new Oakland. Walter F Budd edited the Anita Tribune.
