The Anita State Bank was granted judgment in its note action against George J. and Imogene Phippen of Extra and foreclosure of chattel mortgage on fourteen fall pigs eighty four hogs and 400 bushels of corn. The court awarded the plaintiff seven hundred sixty one dollars and fifty cents on notes by Mrs. Phippen.
