Through attorney Baldridge of Omaha the Atlantic Manufacturing Company files for a new trial before Judge Rockafellow in the case of Wm. Toepfer Jee versus the Atlantic Manufacturing Company. The jury awarded the plaintiff 455 dollars. the original claim was 1600 dollars. The judge has taken the motion under advisement. The will of John Johannes, deceased, is set for probate hearing on May 16.
