The Tribune notes Anita’s prosperity and the friendly exchanges with the visiting Missourian. Reverend D. M. Selmick lectured on Mormonism, praised as a vivid panorama of Mormon history and doctrine. Sad loss of Maud Winifred Donohoe at age 12

Maud Winifred Donohoe of Anita born April 23 1892 died at her home after a brief illness February 25 1905 at 8 30 pm aged 12 years 10 months and 2 days She had recovered from La Grippe but passed away after complications Funeral services were held at the M E church conducted by Rev D A Allen and she is interred in Evergreen Cemetery The community mourns the loss of a bright and devoted church and school attendee.
