Otto Mueller of Elk Creek Neb was attempting to open a beer bottle when the cork pushed in and the bottle exploded. A shard of cork pierced his leg and severed an artery. He bled to death about thirty minutes before Dr Roh arrived from Ik Creek to render aid.
