Fire Start By Inmate at Hope Development School
Josephine Barthelemy a 16 year old Los Angeles girl and former inmate at the Hope Development school near Los Angeles admitted starting the fire that killed 28 mentally unbalanced children and one matron. She said she did not intend to kill anyone but wanted the girls free to have a good time.
