The Rev. Louis C. Knief of Ponca City Oklahoma will be installed as pastor of Holy Cross Lutheran Church Sunday July 10 at 8 p.m. The installation will be led by Rev. R. A. Knief, born May 10, 1934, studied at Oklahoma State University and St. John's College before graduating from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis in May. Missing Swimmers Invited To Lessons In Anita
Mrs. Ed Brownsberger Jr, chair of the Anita Red Cross swimming, says children whose names were omitted from last Thursday’s Anita Tribune and who paid for lessons may attend. Country children meet at 9:35 and town children at 7:43. One hundred forty children began Tuesday morning for the first of ten lessons, with sessions on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday.
