Short Session of Court Admits Will and Cleans Probate Records

Rockafellow presided as a brief court session last Friday at the courthouse, disposing of probate matters. The will of Christian P. Thiele was admitted to probate with executors Andrew Thiele and Marcus Thiele named. The Eller estate closed after Mrs. Cora L. Eller’s death and administrator E. R. Gardner filed a final report. Authority to release an $8,000 mortgage on Gerhardt A. Hebing’s estate was granted to C. P. Shearer. T. H. Whitney’s request to sell mortgage notes and other notes was approved. The McEniry estate annual report was filed and approved, and the Avery Sewell minors guardian reported and accepted.
